Hotline Leads List

The business manager keeps and updates a list of consultant and contractor openings received from client companies. Members interested in receiving a copy of the Hotline leads are asked to call the business manager to receive the password to access the list on the HRCA web site. The list on the web site is updated continuosly. Inquiries into specific openings are to be directed to the contact person for the specific company. The business manager is not responsible for details concerning client company openings. If hired by a company from the Hotline leads list, please call, or have the client call our business manager immediately to have the position deleted. Members interested in viewing the leads are directed to the password protected listing on the HRCA web site, www.hrca.com.

Purpose:

• To encourage our clients to call our free Hotline referral service.
• To provide a means for our members to contact employers seeking HR consultants.

• Consulting opportunities are not announced at general meetings, or at any other time without the client's permission.
• The Hotline referral service exist exclusively for the sole use by HRCA members and/or by client companies. Any violation of this by an HRCA member, may result in disciplinary action by the HRCA Board of Directors up to and including membership termination with no refund of membership fees.
